The following conditions apply:
Delivery only takes place within Germany (Germany).
Shipping is excluded to the following islands: North Frisian Islands, East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, islands of the Meliorier Bay, Neuwerk, Scharhörn, Nigehörn, Langlütjen 1 and 2.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
The shipping costs to other German and EU countries are sent by a freight forwarder and depend on the total weight of the order. Advance prices can only be communicated by request after the order has been submitted, before the official order confirmation.
When delivering to German islands, an island surcharge of €50.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
When sending bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:
From 31.1kg via freight forwarding per Euro pallet €120
Bulky goods are marked as such in the article description.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template will be created within 3-10 days after the conclusion of the contract, the design work will be carried out and the goods will be delivered within 40 days after the correction template has been approved (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), insofar as Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
The minimum order value is: €200.
